In Home Care Services

Companion Care

May involve socialization, trips into the community, activities in the home or community, meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal grooming, transportation, or any additional in home care services.  It is quality time spent with a senior providing supervision and basic care in any area of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) in order to meet the goals of the senior and/or their family.

Light Housekeeping & Home Maintenance

This could include basic house cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, laundry, doing dishes, ironing, grocery shopping, etc. As for home repair needs, we will help make small repairs in the care recipients home.

Personal Senior Care

This could include bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene and grooming assistance. We also do refer to our care recipients to someone who is licensed beautician for hair care.

Transportation

This is usually a very specific request for an appointment.  It could be for a doctor’s visit, physical therapy, to the bank or to the beauty shop.  Sometimes, transportation may be done in conjunction with other services we provide.

Overnight Supervision

When we provide this as one of our in home care services, it is usually because the Receiver needs some assistance during the night (either toileting or mobility assistance while using the bathroom) but there can be other circumstances that would require overnight supervision. Our Providers do this because they to keep your loved one as safe as possible.

24-Hour Care

We provide 24-hour care, which will include overnight supervision.  With this type of service, we will use several people in order to establish three shifts to span the 24 hours.

Yard Work

This is usually very seasonal and also may include a number of activities, such as weeding gardens, planting flowers, cutting grass, raking leaves, trimming hedges and shrubbery.

 Assisted Living Care

All of our services listed above are also available to your loved ones who live in assisted or independent living facilities.
